At a glance

Built to make the number.

Objectives

One job per stage. One number per job.

Pulled live from the funnel. Change a stage and this list changes with it.

The math

Drag the sliders. Every target in the funnel and this week’s tasks follows.

This week.

Every task comes from what the funnel needs to hit the money goal. A new week starts every Monday, and unfinished tasks carry over.

History

Every week, remembered.

Activity

Who did what, and when.

Congruency

Same promise.
Same buyer.
Every step.

Every message, gate and number is checked against the offer. The first rule never bends: only owners with money get a sales conversation.

How it runs.

Long-form YouTube is the engine. Every video is filmed so it cuts into Reels. Built on Jeremy Haynes’ call-funnel practices and Daniel Iles’ short-form principles.

Content volume

Four films. Thirty-five Reels.

YouTube long-form
4/wk

The primary driver. One filming day.

Instagram Reels
5/day

35 a week, clipped from the long-form.

Clips per video
~9

So build 8–10 chapters into each video.

Film for the clip

Every chapter is a Reel.

Rules for every video

  1. One chapter answers one buyer question in 45–90 seconds.
  2. Open every chapter with a hook, as if it were the first 3 seconds of a Reel.
  3. Never say “like I said earlier.” Each chapter stands alone.
  4. One real number or deal example per chapter.
  5. Chapter titles on screen and in the description.
  6. Talk strategy to owners. No beginner tips.
  7. Topics come from real questions on calls, DMs and applications.
  8. Every video ends the same way: watch the VSL, apply.
Example · 9 chapters = 9 Reels

“How I’d buy a $3M business with no money down”

  1. Banks don’t reject buyers. They reject structures.
  2. Why the seller will finance a third of the price.
  3. What overfinancing means, and why you walk in with $0.
  4. The fastest way to double a $2M business is to buy another one.
  5. Where the best businesses are, and why they’re never listed.
  6. What a seller wants to hear on the first call.
  7. The one number lenders look at first.
  8. The LOI mistake that kills deals in due diligence.
  9. What I’d buy if I owned your business.
